Mark Matthiae

President & CEO

Mark brings decades of experience building and scaling product-driven businesses. As founder of Crystal Finishing Systems, Inc. and recipient of the 2016 SBA Small Businessperson of the Year award in Wisconsin, he leads Crystal MedTech with a focus on manufacturing excellence, market development, and long-term clinic partnerships.

Anton R. Cherry, DC, MMSc

Founder & Chief Science Officer

Anton R. Cherry, DC, MMSc, is a clinician and medical device inventor whose career bridges advanced clinical practice with the physics of light-tissue interaction. As a founder of Crystal Medtech, LLC, he and his team developed the VIP Duo Laser System — a novel dual-wavelength QCW diode laser platform that operates in a parameter space unoccupied by any known commercial system — reflecting a rare synthesis of photomedicine expertise, laser engineering, and firsthand clinical insight.

His foundational clinical work spans over two decades specializing in neuromusculoskeletal medicine and pain management. Certified and licensed in Connecticut, Anton has performed over 20,000 interventional procedures under fluoroscopic and ultrasound guidance, treating joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, fascia, and nerves.

Anton holds a Master of Medical Science from Yale School of Medicine, a Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. His work integrating regenerative medicine, photobiomodulation, and precision laser technology reflects a sustained commitment to advancing the frontier of non-surgical pain management and tissue repair.

He's passionate about turning innovative ideas into safe, practical solutions that improve patients' quality of life.

Eric Holmson

Eric brings more than 24 years of experience in the medical and orthopedic industry. With expertise spanning multiple orthopedic markets, he has focused primarily on joint reconstruction and revision surgery. Through his years in sales management and team leadership, Eric has helped build high-performing teams that have been recognized for their commitment to excellent customer service in patient care. Known for building strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare teams, and patients alike, Eric is committed to delivering knowledgeable support, trusted service, and innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes
